Zane
Cybil Zane is Senator Kelly's chief of staff and more importantly the person he tasks with carrying out his dirty work. She's an expert in the fields of manipulation, blackmail, and making deals under the table. More often than not Kelly doesn't know - and doesn't want to know - how she's getting the job done, just that she is. She has a prickly personality, and a penchant for driving fast cars.
