Donald Pierce is a cyborg with superhuman strength. Aside from his physical advantages, he is also a genius in robotics, cybernetics, and electronics. In these fields he has developed technology that exceeds that of conventional science by approximately two centuries.
A Sorceress and member of Hellfire Club's inner circle, Selene's long life is attributed to the fact that she is a psychic vampire, able to drain the life from others to extend her own. Selene is both a mutant and a powerful sorceress and possesses a wide range of superhuman abilities.
Sebastian possesses the ability to absorb kinetic energy and transform it into raw strength. He is the owner of Shaw Industries, and a member of the Hellfire Club Inner Circle.
In ancient Egypt, nomadic raiders found an infant. He was gray-skinned and freakish in appearance, and was given the name En Sabah Nur, "The First One." He was taught to be "strong" in order to survive the desert as a child. This idea, that the strong will survive, would shape Apocalypse's actions throughout time. He has the ability to shapeshift and teleport. He also has superhuman strength, the power of flight and the ability to transform himself.
Rahne Sinclair was an orphan in Scotland, raised by Reverend Craig. When her powers manifested, Craig attempted to perform an exorcism to cast out what he perceived was the devil. She was rescued by Dr. Moira MacTaggert and was subsequently enrolled as one of Charles Xavier's New Mutants. She has the mutant ability to transform into a wolf, including enhanced senses and strength, along with claws and fangs.
Keniuchio Harada is the mutant son of the former Japanese crime lord Shingen Harada. As a youth, Harada mastered the attendant disciplines of the medieval samurai and sought employment as a warrior for hire. With enhanced tachyon energy, he uses his sword to cut through any known materials.
The Reavers Cole, Macon and Reese, are a team of cyborgs, humans who have received bionic implants to enhance various aspects of their bodies. Originally a band of mercenaries led by Bonebreaker, Skullbuster, and Pretty Boy, the Reavers operated from a secret complex located underneath an abandoned town in the Australian outback. They were reorganized by Donald Pierce who hated the X-Men for their interference in his plans. They are shown as servants of Spiral.
Identical triplets Harlen, Sven and Eric, have the power to merge into each other, combining their strength and power. They are among Magneto's Acolytes.
Mellancamp has the appearance of a reptile, superhuman strength and eyesight. He is loyally devoted to Magneto and his teachings that mutants are superior to humans, so much so that he has been referred to as the "Noble Knight of the Acolytes."
Spiral was created to be an agent of Mojo, the despotic leader of Mojo World, often used as his favored personal servant, executioner, and spy. She has six arms and the mutant abilities of teleportation and invisibility.
Nathaniel Essex is a geneticist of the highest order, with expertise in genetic engineering and cloning. He is capable of creating superhuman abilities and enhancing or controlling mutant abilities, including being able to predict genetic mutations and splice DNA.
The ship Nightcrawler was on arrives in Genosha. There, the Scarlet Witch tours Nightcrawler around so that he can see the wonders Magneto has done. Then, Nightcrawler and the Scarlet Witch start to fall in love. However, Dust informs Nightcrawler that things in Genosha aren't what they seem. Meanwhile, Mystique breaks into the X-Mansion and apparently has a past link with Wolverine. Dust reveals to Nightcrawler that Magneto inprisons some mutants in an underground Dungeon, before getting caught herself. Nightcrawler summons all his teleportation powers to get back to the X-Mansion, only to be captured by Mystique.

In the future, Professor X is captured by the Sentinels. Along with Domino, Bishop, Hellion, Marrow and others, the Professor plans to break free from his captors. Meanwhile, Wolverine and the other X-Men search Bolivar Trask's old lab for any info on Master Mold.

Professor Xavier warns the X-Men about an impeding event that wipes half the mutant population: Nitro will self-detonate in Genosha. The Brotherhood "rescue" Nitro from a government prison against his will and use Psylocke to control him, planning to use him as a weapon. The X-Men chase the Brotherhood in order to prevent Genosha's destruction.

In a sequel to the "Hulk Vs," Nick Fury asks Wolverine a "favor" to once again fight against the Hulk to make sure that the X-Men's names don't go to Senator Kelly. Wolverine helps Hulk (as Banner) find a cure. However, Wolverine finds that there is more than Fury is letting on when Wolverine and Hulk encounter the real monster terrorizing the Canadian Rockies and taking out S.H.I.E.L.D. Agents dispatched there: A new Wendigo. Wolverine Keeps the Wendigo busy while Banner cures it. At the end, Wolverine gets revenge on Fury by awakening the Hulk claiming "Hulk wanted to thank you too." This is a homage to Wolverine's first appearance in The Incredible Hulk #181.

There is news that Nightcrawler was seen on a ship traveling to Genosha with other mutants, so the X-Men try to find him. Meanwhile, Nightcrawler and the other travelers (including Squidboy, Network, Shatter, and Pixie) are intercepted by “pirates”, who really are Spiral and the Reavers, looking for fighters within the pool of high level mutants to take them to Mojo. In the deep night the pirates attack the ship carrying the mutants to Genosha and the crew is worried about the change of course towards Genosha. Nightcrawler defeats the pirates. Wolverine, Beast, Shadowcat and Forge come to pick him up and take him back to the mansion. But he declines saying he wants to make sure the mutants make it safely to Genosha.

Polaris is Magneto's overprotected daughter. She has the superhuman power to control magnetism and can shape and manipulate magnetic fields that exist naturally or artificially. With this ability, most metals come under her control.
The Sentinel robots were created by noted anthropologist Dr. Bolivar Trask, who intended to use them to save humanity from mutants. "Intended" is the key word. Sentinels can fly, shoot various weapons from different parts of their bodies, and are able to detect mutants at long range.
Thanks to his allegiance to Sebastian Shaw (Black King), Henry Leland attained the rank of "Black Bishop," of the Lords Cardinal of the New York branch of the The Hellfire Club. Leland possesses the mutant ability to increase the mass of an object or person, making it extremely heavy.
As a member of Magneto's Acolytes, Scanner served as a scout that would survey the area before the others arrived, using her mutant ability to project an astral form to travel great distances. She was often seen as weak by the other Acolytes, and she lacked the confidence that the others had.
Mojo rules over the planet Mojo World in the dimension dubbed the Mojoverse, both so named by himself and his tyrannical ego. He has an advanced healing factor, hypnotism and magical energy.
When a top-secret program attempted to recreate the original Weapon X experiment that created Wolverine, the scientists involved failed to secure a test subject that could survive the bonding of the virtually unbreakable metal adamantium to their skeleton. Using the only available genetic sample from Weapon X, which was damaged, they were unable to salvage the Y chromosome after 22 attempts. Raised in captivity, X-23 was trained to be a weapon.
One of Magneto's acolytes and a loyal bodyguard to the ruler of Genosha, she has the ability to teleport herself and others by focusing her ability into short, transparent, crystal-like javelins, which then teleport whatever people or objects they touch.
A member of the mutant assassin team known as Marauders, who are employed by Mister Sinister. He is a Native American Inuit and has the ability to create energy harpoons.
Mutant member of the super soldier program, Weapon X. He was a former partner of Wolverine in Weapon X and like most aspects of Wolverine's past, the details of their falling out are hazy. Sabretooth's primary mutant power is an accelerated healing ability that allows him to regenerate damaged or destroyed areas of his body far beyond the capabilities of an ordinary human. He also possesses vastly enhanced animalistic strength, speed and agility, and razor sharp claws on each hand.
As Magneto's number one operative, she's a committed champion of the mutant cause. She fervently believes in Magneto's vision for the future, for she too has witnessed the dark side of humanity and how it deals with those who are different. Mystique is a mutant shapeshifter who can make herself look like any human, humanoid, or semi-humanoid being, male or female, copying every detail including retina, fingerprints, and voice pattern.
Wanda is the sister of Pietro (Quicksilver) and daughter of Magneto. Her brother is often jealous of her relationship with their father Magneto - as she is obviously the favored among the two. Scarlet Witch possesses "hex bolts," which give her the ability to affect probability fields to cause unlikely events to occur, and can make objects spontaneously burst into flames, rust or decay.
The leader of Professor X's band of mutant freedom fighters in the apocalyptic future, Bishop's mutant ability allows him to absorb energy directed against him and project it from his body as concussive force. He can also utilize it to enhance his strength, increase resistance to injury, and boost his recuperative ability.
Sarah has the ability to enhance the growth of her skeletal structure. Her mutant physiology allows her to rapidly regrow the bone spurs which protrude from her body, which she uses as weapons. She utilizes this power in many ways, including the creation of knuckle guards, spears, and projectile spikes.
Hellion is a telekinetic mutant. He is able to fly at subsonic speeds, create telekinetic force fields, unleash powerful blasts of telekinetic force, and levitate and manipulate objects from afar.
Psylocke possesses many telepathic abilities, enabling her to read minds, communicate mentally with others, stun opponents with "mental bolts," control their actions, and create illusions in the minds of others.
Wolverine and the X-Men is an American cartoon series by Marvel Animation. It is the fourth animated adaptation of the X-Men characters, the other three being Pryde of the X-Men, X-Men: The Animated Series and X-Men: Evolution.
